How to Submit a Replacement Request
While we try our best to ensure that every order is delivered without flaw, sometimes parts are missing or items get damaged. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience that your missing or damaged part has caused. In order for us to rectify the issue, please submit a request for a replacement part (within 90 days of purchase). Details on how to submit a replacement request can be found below.
Step 1: Inventory of all parts in your order
Reference your installation instructions for a full list of included items.
Step 2: Take pictures of any damaged items
Step 3: Submit a Replacement Request in your Order History
Step 4: Select which box contains your missing or damaged part(s)
Step 5: Identify how many of each item is missing or damaged.
You will be required to upload a photo of any damaged parts.
If your entire box is missing, you may also select this as an option.
Step 6: Repeat step 5 until all missing and/or damaged items have been recorded.
Step 7: Review your replacement order summary and submit your request.
