Before Your Order Arrives
- Remove Existing Storage: Clear out your closet or space by removing any existing shelving, rods, or storage systems.
- Patch and Paint Walls: Repair any holes or imperfections, then paint your walls if desired. Allow enough time for paint to fully dry before installation day.
- Review Your Designs: Take time to review your Design Guide so you’re familiar with the layout, components, and installation phases.
- Gather Required Tools: Make sure you have all required tools on hand before your order arrives. This will help you start installation without interruptions.
Discovering that you have metal studs, masonry walls, or another non-standard wall type may delay your project's installation. If this is the case, please contact Customer Service immediately at 1.800.910.0129.
After Your Order Arrives

- Inventory Hardware: Hardware may be packed in multiple boxes. Locate any Open First boxes and use the Parts List in your Design Guide to inventory all hardware.
- Begin Your Installation: Once everything is accounted for, open your Design Guide and turn to the Index page. Start with PHASE 1 and follow the steps in order.
