Just a quick note to thank you. Your service has been the best for any product of any kind I have ever received. I received my closet organizer in 4 days. First of all, I was greatly impressed by the protective packaging, and the ease to unpack. The instructions were perfect, even for a novice tool man like myself. After removal of my existing closet, the new product was completely installed in 3 hours. You guys are the tops in my opinion.

Customer support, In my 25+ years with the Hewlett Packard Company I spent probably a third of that time as a Factory and Field Quality Manager. Most of my time spent in that capacity was helping the operations to improve their processes. I have to say you guys have one of the best processes I have observed. I received my order on 3/4/2010. The product was delivered much quicker than I expected (that's a good thing), and was delivered complete. After doing an inventory, one piece was missing. After contacting your firm, it was promptly shipped. The instructions were easy to understand and complete. The closet was easy to install, and is the best engineered 'DIY' product I have ever purchased. It is a very well engineered product. My whole experience with Easy-Closets, including the help I received before ordering, the ordering process, the quick response to the missing part, and the installation has been great. Great company, Great product and I would recommend it to anyone.
