We ordered on Monday and by Thursday we had our order. Everything arrived in perfect condition. We installed in less than 3 hours Thursday evening. The design is superb. It satisfies product and component function with simple application of fundamental mechanical design principles. Any customer with reasonable level ‘handyman’ know-how can assemble and install the Closet resulting in a strong mechanical integration of a finished professional end product suitable for any upscale home. Service and support functions were equally well represented and went above and beyond in their efforts to completely satisfy my Easy Closest experience. Even the packaging was exemplary. A function that many companies seem to want to cost cut into absurd. I am a retired Quality Assurance professional who finished his career in Executive management running several multi million dollar companies and have started Greenfield operations in China and India. Last Thursday morning we ordered materials for our closet renovation (two sides of a small walk-in closet). By afternoon, the materials had been shipped. Based on the kit sample, we had Sherwin Williams mix paint to match the ivory sample. On Saturday, we removed the closet contents, pulled out the existing rods, shelves, etc. and painted the closet. Late Monday afternoon our materials arrived via UPS. Yesterday, we began the installation about 10 am. By evening we had everything installed and our belongings replaced in the closet. We are extremely pleased with our new closet and everything involved in the process. First, the website was easy to use and very helpful. Second, the time lapse between ordering and delivery was amazingly fast. Third, the instructions were excellent as evidenced by my husband's language during the day -- entirely "G" rated. Fourth, the materials appeared to be of excellent quality. Last, and best of all, the closet is marvelous. We had great fun arranging everything and deciding how to use the space that we gained. We would not hesitate to recommend easyclosets to our friends.
