Easy Closets/Francisco: Just a brief feedback note to let you know I installed the EasyClosets this past Saturday, March 17, 2007 in my son's room. What a great product. My wife said the closet looks like Abercrombie & Fitch. Even my 16 year old son said they looked really great...he didn't think they would look that nice. As your instructions indicated...the installation of the track is the most critical...so I spent extra time doing that...the rest after that was easy. I wasn't happy with the other products at home improvement chain stores or the pricing at other closet design companies. But what really sold me was when I visited your showroom and had Francisco show and explain to me your product. Victor

To whom it may concern, There are a lot of closet companies out there that boast all sorts of things, but I am not the type of customer to purchase blindly without doing my research. After looking at various review based websites the customer satisfaction with your product was more than evident. I have not received my order but my experience thus far has been stellar...the representative that I spoke with was not only knowledgable but amazingly friendly and very supportive. He reviewed my designs to make sure that they worked best in the our available space, which by the way, was a much needed bonus since I am a complete novus at any sort of home improvement. He guided me with the measuring process and sounded like he felt responsible for making my building process successful. Lastly, he was so appreciative that I had chosen your company, almost as if he owned the company himself...which is unheard of for representatives. Tracey, THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU for our closet system design and all your help… It is all installed and I am STILL moving things into the closet. Holy cow it holds a lot and thank god since I have way too many clothes. Man it is getting packed and thank god it holds a lot of weight since the photos only show like 5 shirts and I have a lot more than that ;) After my husband make fun of me for wanting to do this… he is really liking it too and said it was totally worth it. I will have to take a photo and send to you… I think he actually is enjoying putting all his stuff away ;) So… we spent a few hours laying out the walls per the design by drawing the layout on the walls with pencil which helped a lot… then the next day my husband, his dad and brother in law laid it all out with all the hardware… took just about all day, but in the end they said it wasn’t bad and said it was pretty “easy” to follow. I discovered your site on the Internet one week ago and began designing my closet. We finalized a design on Wednesday and it was delivered on Friday. I found your closet website in a magazine and checked it out. When you say easy closets you are not kidding. My husband, who has one arm, turned a bedroom into a easy closet! The hardest part was carrying the pieces from the garage to the upstairs bedroom. He was totally impressed with the craftsmanship and directions for hanging. We ordered the closet on Wednesday and received the shipment on Friday. He started the closet the following Tuesday and will complete it today, Wednesday (10 units). I can't believe it will be done in one week. We love our new closet, thanks, EasyClosets.com!

First, let me begin by admitting that I was a little skeptical about your "easy" closets. As someone who is NOT a handyman and is all thumbs when it comes to home projects I was certain that after ordering one of your closets I would regret it later. How many times have I heard the terms: easy, simple, quick, etc. associated with various products only to discover later that that the only thing easy about them was the purchase itself. This said, I was so impressed with the ability to design a custom closet on your web site and what I considered to be reasonable prices for these types of closet organizers that I went ahead and ordered my first unit.

The unit arrived on time a few days after my order was placed (wow that was quick!). As I began to open the boxes to ensure that I had received everything my very first impression was how well everything was packed. Every piece was individually wrapped with enough padding to ensure that nothing could possibly be damaged during shipment. I then pulled out your instruction booklet and began to read what became obvious to me to be very simple, clear, and concise instructions. As I proceeded to assemble the unit and it began to take shape right before my eyes, I said to myself "I can do this!" In about 6 hours I had the closet organizer installed and ready to be used. My initial skepticism was immediately replaced with a sense of total customer satisfaction. When my wife came home and saw what I had put together she was pleasantly surprised to see what her mechanically challenged husband was able to do. And with screwdriver in hand I turned to her and said "Ahh it was easy!".

In conclusion, I want to say thank you for designing and manufacturing a product that lives up to its billing – excellent quality, affordable, and more importantly easy to assemble. My wife is already talking about getting the next closet done before the holidays – so you should be hearing from me again real soon.

P.S. If you guys ever decide to branch out from “easy closets” to “easy decks” or “easy storage sheds” or any other easy home improvement projects please let me know.
