WOW, Just amazing, thats all I could say after completeing the install of the closet in my sons bedroom. I ordered the components on Monday they all arrived on Thursday(15 Boxes). They were all in great shape and the order was complete. During the install, I kept saying to myself, "this can't be this easy and without any problems." Much to my suprise everthing fit and the quality is superb. I thought about taking the doors off the closet, it looks so good and functional that I hate to hide it behind closed doors. My son says I'm the best dad in the world because he has "the neatest closet ever". I have four more closets on my to do list, I can't wait. Talk to you soon.

FAST and FRIENDLY. That would be my description if someone were to ask about my experience with EasyClosets.com. I designed my Master Closet system with the online tool but when I called in to order the system the rep took time to discuss the design with me and we made several tweaks that really made the closet system that much better. I had one shelf that was damaged and they overnighted a replacement along with some other pieces I wanted to add at no charge. After seeing all the design possibilities of this product I have decided to also use them for a building TV hutch in my master bedroom, as I have been looking at conventional furniture hutches for several years now. This will allow me to build exactly what I want without having to hire a custom carpenter! If you are considering a purchase from a BIG BOX store I would highly recommend that you to consider Easy Closets. The product quality and level of customer service is remarkable.

After much comparison shopping on the web, I decided to go with EasyClosets for a pantry upgrade project I had been promising my wife. The design and ordering process was very simple and painless and within 3 days of pushing the order button, all of the parts for my new pantry shelves arrived. Unfortunately, one of the boxes had been damaged in transit and some of the required screws and hardware had slipped out. To make matters worse, I discovered that I had mis-measured slightly and thought I was going to have to purchase at least 3 additional shelves to fix my mistake. I called EasyClosets customer service and spoke with Tom V. He quickly took care of the missing hardware problem and when I asked him for advice about my measuring problem, offered to send me the 3 new shelves I needed to correct my own mistake. That is customer service! EasyClosets will get my repeat business and my hearty recommendation to friends.

My daughter loves clothes and has so many that the wire shelving in her closet pulled out of the wall leaving holes as large as apples! I pulled the remaining wire shelves out which made even more large holes in the walls so I spent three days spackling and sanding so I could paint the walls, ceiling and trim. When I finished, the closet looked brand new. Just when I put the paints away, UPS pulled up with boxes of closet components. Within two evenings, my husband and I installed our daughter's new closet. She loves it and has so much more room for her things. She especially likes the drawers that extend fully and her slick belt holder that pulls out for easy access. Thank you for delivering on every claim EasyClosets makes. I just wanted to write to let you know how please I was with your closets and your service. I had custom closets installed in our previous home. When we moved, I found your website and made the decision to design and install our own custom closets. I was able to design 11 closets on your website and ordered them all at one time. I was a little anxious about ordering all 11 closets at one time but everything we needed arrived within several days of our order, in perfect condition. My husband and I got to work and have just completed installation of all the closets within a week. They were easy to install and they look wonderful. We are very pleased with everything and we are enjoying our beautiful closets. Our next project will be to design our pantry. Just to let your company know, I really do appreciate the excellent customer service at EasyClosets. My order arrived missing a finished end and with a damaged drawer. Hey, these things happen. I called customer service and was greeted by a very friendly and helpful person named Marcy. After pulling up my invoice she offered her apologies and immediately sent out what I needed. I received the order 2 days later. Unbeknownst to me, the drawer front also needed replacing. I called customer service again and got Michelle - who was equally friendly and helpful. I am expecting the drawer front in 2 days, but just had to let your company know - I really do appreciate the wonderful attitude of the people at EasyClosets. I will recommend this company to everyone I know. The product is exactly what I was expecting and the service was beyond reproach. Thanks so much for a great closet and great people!
