We just wanted to drop you a note to let you know how happy we are with our closet system. I had designed my own system but called in to find out how much it would cost to have our order sent to our home in London, Ontario Canada. I received a call from one of your designers, Scott. He gave the info and then took a look at my design. He gave me a number of different ideas and direction as to how to better lay out our closet. I showed the changes to my wife and then we set a time to speak to Scott together. He was fantastic at explaining why we may want to make certain changes and adding in features as we discussed our lifestyle. Our order was shipped to a relatives address in Michigan, arriving as promised. I set the closet up without any issues thanks to Scott. If you have an employee recognition type program, I would strongly recommend Scott for this award. Dear Tracey and Easyclosets, We received our closet organizers last week and installed them on Saturday. WOW!!!! AWESOME!!!!! My husband is an engineer and woodworker . . . so finding products that he finds acceptable is a bit daunting. I can assure you that he found your product very acceptable and was extremely impressed by the entire process; customer service, design service, packaging of the product for shipment, design of the product and ease of installation. We will both be making recommendations to our family and friends. We even found that we had more regular shelves than the design indicated. These were not just added for shipping purposes, but did indeed match our organizers. We found, however, that we were short on shelf pins for the additional 4 regular shelves. Would it be possible to obtain additional shelf pins for these four shelves? I'm already scoping out our other closets. Once we have our bedroom/bath remodel completed, we hope to start on our other closest's. I have one design already figured out. This is addictive! I just wanted to tell you how much I am enjoying the new closet I just installed for my fiance and myself. The quality far exceeded my expecations. Although it was difficult to get started with the first section, the process got easier as we learned how things went together. I was amazed that the measurements I gave to John over the phone were so accurate that a 3/4" wide vertical piece fell right into a carpet cutout in my floor from a previous closet. The only issue I had was the directions could have been a little more detailed. All in all I was impressed that I could get something of this size and quality through mail order site unseen.
