I am recommending your company to anyone who has need of closet organization. Once I got the hang of it, the closet designing was easy to do. I verified my plans with my contractor and placed my order. Then you had a question about the design and emailed me to call Roz, which I did. She was so very pleasant and took a personal interest in my little project. I couldn't believe this personal touch. You could have just as easily sent exactly what I ordered and said it was on me, but you didn't do that. And on top of it all, you gave me a 10% discount, free shipping, and it arrived within a couple of days. Overall, my experience with your company was excellent. Thank you very much. want to thank EasyClosets for resolving our 'huge' lack of storage/closet space in our small ranch home. After relocating and undergoing a major renovation 4 years ago, we knew that lack of closet/storage space would always be an issue. He had the closet taken out of the boxes and assembled by thursday afternoon. It was absolutely so easy to assemble and the closet is of good quality. My husband and are 100% satisfied with your product. We buy a lot online and try to do basic home-improvement projects ourselves. However, we still felt a little nervous about ordering and installing a full walk-in closet system, but based on the customer reviews you had posted I thought it was worth a try. At every point in the process your company truly delivered. First of all, after designing our closet with your system I went to three other sites and did the same to compare prices. Your site had the easiest to use design system BY FAR. Your prices were at least 30% lower than the nearest competitor. I decided to go with your company and called to place the order. The sales rep was very nice and reviewed my plans. She immediately pointed out two small changes I could make which would make the closets a little more flexible. Nice! I ordered the system on a holiday weekend and was shocked to find it at my home the following Tuesday. I don't know how you got it here so fast! There were a lot of boxes, but that is because you took the time to pack every single piece carefully. We didn't have any damaged pieces and we didn't have any missing pieces. That was also impressive considering we were dealing with more than 20 boxes. The amount of materials was intimidating, but I sat down to read the directions and by just taking the time to review the areas specific to our closet two times, I felt I had the "hang" of the process. My husband and I installed a walk-in-in closet system which covered three walls and included shelves, drawers and hanging baskets in a single weekend. This time included time we had to take to use shims to account for one wall being slanted. The process moved very quickly and smoothly. The clarity of the directions rivaled any other set we have dealt with (we have bought a lot self-assembly furniture over our lifetimes). I also noticed how much more accurate your pre-drilled holes were from other self-assembly companies. I never had to force or wrestle with pieces to get them to fit together. It was a real eye-opener in terms of how much smoother an assembly process can be when you are dealing with a top quality product. We are so happy we discovered your company and will be calling you for all our future closet needs. We have also recommended you to family and friends. My husband and I recently purchased a system for our walk in closet, and we wanted to let you know how happy we are with it. Your website was a pleasure to use, I enjoyed playing with the options that are available. Debbie Kos did a professional design for us that we used with minor modifications, and she took full advantage of our available space. It looks great! The ordering was easy, the shipping was prompt, and we were happily surprised with the ease of installation. We had one part that was slightly damaged, and it was replaced the next day, with no trouble on our part. The only suggestion I would make is that it would be helpful on the plans if it were more clearly marked where the cam shelves should be put when they are in the middle of the vertical pieces and not at the top or bottom. From the plans we could get a rough idea of where they should go, but it was hard to tell exactly. Overall we are extremely pleased with our experience with EasyClosets. I asked him if he thought it went smoothly and he said it was the quickest project he has done in a long time.
