No question, just a compliment for your company. I'm in the process of setting up a nursery for my first child and dealing with many companies shipping me furniture and other items. It's been a nightmare and nearly half of the boxes show up damaged and I have had to re-order some items up to three times. Imagine my joy yesterday when the packages from your company arrived. They were not overpacked and overweight. They were properly padded and reinforced. Not a single item had a ding, scratch or other blemish. And everything was there. So, I just wanted to say how much I appreciate the care you guys take in getting your product to the customer in such good condition.
