I ordered shelving for 2 closets and our pantry. I just wanted to let ya'll know how thrilled we are with all three. The assistance I received with the designs was invaluable and the shelves shipped and arrived in record time. The instructions were clear and most installation was done by one person. The finished product looks great and is sturdy. The most important part for me, however, was that when I ran into a slight installation glitch, the extra needed pieces were shipped immediately without any extra cost to me. I was excited to be working with a company willing to go the extra mile and ya'll will be the ones I come to when I need more closet upgrades. Thanks again! Andrea D. Just put up one of your closet systems. We had a little trouble at first but once we understood it, we figured next time we could do in half the time. It took us only 3 hours from start to finish for a closet system that was 104". We love it and plan on doing more closets soon.

Hi Debra, I just wanted to send you a note and some pictures of our new closet. We just bought a new house and the previous owners had a nice walk in closet, but... they had wire shelves. My wife and I did not like them but when we priced a new custom closet at some of our local outlets we were floored by the price. Luckily we found you guys online and were very pleased with the design you did for us as well as the price. After you gave use the basic layout we could make changes very easily online and delivery was very very fast. We were both amazed. They install was not too hard and gave me a great sense of reward and accomplishment. We did have a few problems along the way... (a couple of things were damaged in shipping) but you all shipped out the replacements fast and free of charge. I was actually surprised that there was damage because everything was packaged very well. But I had to let you know how great everything turned out. We also did the pantry and it looks and works great!! I installed the whole thing in about 6 hours!! You guys are AWESOME!!!!! Thanks, Joe M.
