Further, I received more than enough fasteners and assorted hardware and didn't have to worry about loosing one screw, cam lock or any other part which would have put the project "on hold". Your instruction were clear and concise, the most diificult part was the removal of the old closet organizer...it was more of a "pain" that difficult. I am truly impressed by the quality of your product. A few months ago, using your website, I designed two walk-in closets for our new home. For the master closet (10'x10') we selected the cherry color with chrome hardware, raised panels, full extension drawers, radius vertical panels with hutch units. The second walk-in (5'x7') we selected standard white color, chrome hardware, raised panels, full extension drawers, radius vertical panels with drawer units. I was amazed, after taking delivery of over 40 UPS boxes, weighing in at what must of been 3/4 of a ton, that not a single piece was missing. All the hardware came with plenty of extra pieces. After reading the well written instructions I was able to install the units and I must say got quite good at it after a couple hours. The completed projects look fantastic. It looked so good my builder asked where we got it. I definitely recommend easyclosets.com and would order from them again. Thank You EasyClosets!

Just thought I'd let you folks know how happy I am with your company and product. I ordered my custom closet on 2/20/06, and got it on 2/24/06. It was a gift for my wife who had been nagging me for years to build her something to organize her walk-in closet. A few days later I took a day off to install it, figuring I would need the whole day to do so. I had the whole thing installed 5 hours later! I am impressed with how professonal looking the closet looks now. To be honest with you, I was a bit overwhelmed with all the boxes and parts at first, but once I got going it could not have been easier! As I got to the end of the install, I found I was missing 1 small part (a closet rod end). I called and spoke to a wonderful young lady who got the part out to me very quickly, and with no hassle.
