Dear Scott, I just received your email and it reminded me that I still haven't written to you to tell you how much I enjoyed the experience of ordering the two hutches we purchased from you. They arrived exactly as scheduled. The order was complete with no damaged parts and the quality was exactly what we wanted. These side by side hutches were placed in a closet opening in a small bedroom in a FL condo that's rented during the year. They were meant to serve as a bureau with added storage space provided by the shelves on top. The contractor who built them had no problem with the instructions and the finished product was beautiful. The property manager was so impressed with the finished product that she took pictures to show other condo owners what could be done to "enlarge" a room. I first learned of Easyclosets.com watching This Old House. When I moved into a house with "builder basic" closets, I called. I worked with a really good designer and came up with four different plans for each of the four bedroom closets. I installed the new materials in the three reach-in closets right away, and that process went fine. However, I started working on other projects and didn't sget around to installing the new materials in the master bedroom walk-in closet until very recently - several months after I bought the materials. It turns out I incorrectly entered one dimension by exactly 20" too short. I figured I would pay for some new materials for that wall. However, when I called, I was told the post-sales department would send the shelving needed to me, at no charge. This is an example of after-sale service that is just extraordinary. I really appreciate it, and Easyclosets.com just got a customer for life. By the way, I am completely satisfied with the product quality and design (it's a great design approach). And I'm picky about things, being a registered professional engineer and patent attorney.

I feel compelled to share my recent experiences with Easy Closets and comment on the service and support provided thorugh a difficult installation period. I live in New Jersey and recently purchased a new home in Naples, Florida, and as part of the move-in modifications, it was necessary to obtain closet organizers. Having had experiences with both California Closets and units provided by building materials stores that I have installed, I reluctantly considered finding a better product online. After reasonable research and with some trepidation, I selected Easy Closets and attempted to order a unit to fit in a difficult location. The website was confusing to me; however, as soon as I engaged a person, the design process went smoothly and the order was successfuly executed. The unit was delivered to Florida on the date promised. However, when received, the local carpenter informed me that the ordered unit would not fit in the require space. I contacted Easy Closets, readily admitted my mistake and anticipated a painful process containing many penalties. My initial call put me in contact with Scott McEnerney, who assured me that my mistake was not a problem and that they would work with me to quickly correct the problem. Within a week, new product was received with labels to return the unnecessary components and installation proceeded smoothly. Through the process, I had many questions and concerns about shipment, returns and installation. At each juncture, Scott succeeded in keeping me calm, diminishing the apprehension caused by not being able to be part of the process that was occurring a thousand miles away. In today's Internet-based world, it is often difficult to find a person who is able to answer a question. In the case of Easy Closet, my experience with the individual helping me place the order and Scott, who worked through many corrections, was delightful and reassuring. These individuals had comprehensive knowledge of the product and how to solve my problems. Your company is to be commended not only for providing a good product at a reasonable cost, but more importantly, a well-trained helpful staff who make themselves available to assist and support customers. It was a pleasure dealing with your company.

I have to admit that I was very skeptical about doing business with Easy Closets as I wasn't able to "touch" the product before making a decision to purchase and I have had bad experiences with online businesses. So, I inquired about the materials and your team sent me a box of actual cut-aways of the product. I was impressed by the service and the quality. Then I decided to buy and had some questions and the customer care line was quick, responsive and knew their products. I remained a bit skeptical about how the commonly used phrase "do-it-yourself." However, I found that the directions, materials, etc. were all exactly what a do-it-yourselfer really needed. When I found that I was needing a part not commonly used for an installation, you overnighted it to me at no cost. The closet that I purchased went in so smoothly, that I am prepared to spend an additional large sum of money to do other closets. Thanks!

Awesome product! I easily designed my bedroom closet system on the website then ordered it with great optimism. To my satisfaction, the product was shipped quickly and arrived in very high quality packaging. Installation went very well with the directions very easy to understand. I got through the entire installation in about 4-5 hours. The crown moulding was a bit challenging to cut, but with a few trial and error pieces wasted, I got it just right. I am a happy customer!!
