Where do you ship?All price quotes on our website include free shipping to any address within the Continental United States. UPS Shipping is also free to the Canadian provinces of Ontario and Quebec; charges for GST, PST and 5% brokerage will be applied at checkout.
If you are located outside of the Continental U.S., we may be able to ship to you via United Parcel Service International Air Services for additional charges. We can also ship your order for no additional fee direct to a freight forwarder of your choice in the Continental USA. Freight forwarding companies will charge you to transport and deliver your order to the to the Caribbean, Canadian provinces other than Ontario and Quebec, South America, Alaska, Puerto Rico and Hawaii or other international locations. To ship to your location, you can contact one of the suggested shippers below to obtain a price quote for the additional shipping charges from their terminal in the Continental U.S. to your final destination. You may also give our design team a call at 1-800-910-0129, option 3 during business hours for assistance with shipping to your location via UPS outside the contiguous United States.

How do you ship the closets to my home?We ship most orders to our customers via UPS. An order of closet systems for a whole house that is on the East Coast may go via our own delivery truck. With both shipping methods, we use a custom packaging system that ensures all of the components needed to install your closet systems arrive safely.
We pack orders shipped via UPS by like sizes and components to ensure that your shipment arrives safely and damage free. When your shipment arrives you should open Box 1 first; it will include your invoice, instructions and closet plans.
Do I have to be home when the order arrives?No. UPS will leave your shipment on a porch or in a garage if your delivery driver believes it is safe to do so. The best way to ensure this is to leave a note for the driver when you are expecting the delivery. We will email you a link to tracking information for your closets when your order ships.
If I order my closet organizers today, when will I get them?Orders placed before 6pm Eastern Standard Time ship the next business day via UPS. Typical UPS delivery times vary from 1 - 6 days. For more information refer to our
