I've designed a closet that I really like but I would like to purchase it with a few modifications. Can I do that?No Problem, just give our design team a call at 1-800-910-0129, option 3 during business hours and we'll assist you with modifications to your fit your needs. We can add or delete components for you and change dimensions for you. Our designers will help ensure you end up with the design that satisfies your closet organization needs and that best utilizes your available space!
I would like to purchase a closet but I don't need it right away. Can I order it for a scheduled shipment date?Yes, please call if you would like us to ship your closet organizer on a scheduled ship date.
Can I order individual components?If you've purchased your closet systems from us, we're happy to sell individual components to you to change or modify that closet. Please have any information relating to your original order available when you call.
How do you ship the closets to my home?We ship most orders to our customers via UPS. An order of closet systems for a whole house that is on the East Coast may go via our own delivery truck. With both shipping methods we use a custom packaging system that ensures all of the components needed to install your closet systems arrive safely. We pack orders shipped via UPS by like sizes and components to ensure that your shipment arrives safely and damage free. When your shipment arrives you should open Box 1 first; it will include your invoice, instructions and closet plans.
Do I have to be home when my closets arrive?Not always. UPS will usually leave your shipment on a porch or in a garage if your delivery driver believes it is safe to do so. The best way to ensure this is to leave a note for the driver when you are expecting delivery.
If I order my closet today, when will I get it?Orders placed before 6pm Eastern Standard Time ship the next business day via UPS. Typical UPS delivery times for our closet systems vary from 1 - 6 days. For more information refer to our

Do you offer discounts?Always! Single orders of $1000 or more receive a 10% discount and single orders of $5000 or more receive a 15% discount. Shipping in the 48 continental United States is always free!
