Orders placed by 6:00pm Eastern Time (ET) ship the next business day (Monday-Friday) via UPS Ground. The maps below indicate the estimated time in business days from the ship date to arrival date, and may be affected by holidays.

EXAMPLE:

 3 Business Days = Orders placed Thursday before 6PM EST ship Friday and arrive Tuesday

Not always. UPS will usually leave your shipment on a porch or in a garage if your delivery driver believes it is safe to do so. The best way to ensure this is to leave a note for the driver when you are expecting delivery.

UPS does not schedule deliveries at specific times or blocks of time throughout the day. Tracking information we email you will provide the weekday your order will arrive on. Your local UPS driver should deliver your packages at the same time that he or she normally proceeds along their route.

UPS Shipping is free to the Canadian provinces of Ontario and Quebec; charges for GST, PST and 5% brokerage will be applied at checkout. Shipping to the other Canadian provinces will require the use of a freight forwarder in the United States provided by the customer for which they are financially responsible.

If you are located outside of the Continental U.S., we may be able to ship to you via United Parcel Service International Air Services for additional charges. We can also ship your order for no additional fee direct to a freight forwarder of your choice in the Continental USA. Freight forwarding companies will charge you to transport and deliver your order to the to the Caribbean, Canadian provinces other than Ontario and Quebec, South America, Alaska, Puerto Rico and Hawaii or other international locations.
